To qualify for the £10 referral credit, you must:

⚠️ Important Warnings

• Clearpay is a form of short-term credit, not free money.

• Clearpay is currently not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the same way as traditional consumer credit, although UK BNPL regulation is due to come under the FCA from 15 July 2026.

• Payments are automatically taken from your linked debit or credit card every two weeks.

• Make sure you have enough money available for each instalment before using Clearpay.

• If you miss a payment, Clearpay may charge late fees. These can be up to £24 per purchase, depending on the order value and how long the payment remains unpaid.

• Missed payments may also affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.

• Only use Clearpay for purchases you were already planning to make and can afford to repay in full.

• The £10 referral credit is one-time use only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually expires 90 days after being issued.

• If you return or refund an order where referral credit was used, Clearpay may recover the value of the credit.
