✅ Eligibility
To receive the bonus, you must:
Be a new customer (you cannot have ever held a First Direct product before).
Not have opened an HSBC current account since 1 January 2018.
Complete a full switch using the Current Account Switch Service (CASS), including at least two active Direct Debits or Standing Orders.
Pay in at least £1,000 within 45 days of opening the account.
Make at least 5 debit card payments.
Log on to digital banking.
🔄 How to Switch
Open your First Direct account.
Log into mobile banking.
Select your new account and choose the option to ‘Switch to us’.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the switch.
The switch normally completes within 7 working days.
